Abstract本发明涉及一种适用于双螺旋轨迹的加工区域分割及轨迹连接方法,包括:根据几何特征对待加工平面或曲面划分子区域;选用偏微分方程对各个待加工子区域生成等值线;确定各个子区域的加工次序,生成各个子区域的双螺旋轨迹;将各个子区域的双螺旋轨迹进行连接。本发明方法对复杂型腔采用基于双螺旋轨迹规划方式的合理分割方法及轨迹连接方法,提高了加工的均匀性及光顺性;提高了加工效率和质量;采用根据几何特征提高偏微分方程生成的加工轨迹均匀化的加工区域分割方法,获得了圆度大或凸度大的加工子区域,实现了加工轨迹的均匀化,降低了加工残留及重复加工;双螺旋加工轨迹具有互补结构,轨迹连接方式简单,实现无退刀、抬刀的加工规划方式。
Other AbstractThe method involves re-dividing the sub-region, If there is a narrow bottleneck in the sub-region. The partial differential equation is selected for each sub-region generation to be processed. The processing order of each sub-region is determined to generate double-spiral track of each sub-region. The double-spiral track of each sub-region is connected.
