Abstract本发明涉及一种基于导波雷达液位计测量液体界位的方法,根据过采样设置频率对导波雷达液位计回波信号进行采样,得到原始回波信号;寻找若干个有效的波峰段信息;选取检测范围内传输时间最短波峰段,选取其峰值对应的坐标位置T1,根据T1换算导波杆到上层介质液面的距离D1;如果在T1到最大范围Tmax内找到峰值最大的波峰段信息作为导波杆顶端到分离液面的反射回波,选取其峰值对应的坐标位置T2,计算导波杆顶端到分离液面的距离D2。本发明利用底部回波信号和实际导波杆长度的关系,估算当前被测液体介电常数值;可修正相对介电常数参数,进而保证高精度物位测量结果。
Other AbstractThe method involves reflecting pulse energy to obtain echo signal. Guided wave radar echo signal is sampled by using a liquid level meter according to sampling frequency. Original echo signal is obtained and pre-processed. Effective wave crest section information is obtained according to the pre-processed echo signal. A shortest wave section transmission time is set. A first coordinate position is selected. Peak maximum range is determined. A second coordinate position is selected corresponding to peak. Distance between a wave guide rod and separating liquid is determined. Upper liquid level of absorbing medium is determined.
