Abstract碾压技术是解决不等厚板激光拼焊间隙问题的有效方法,碾压轮是碾压机构的核心构件,其结构参数直接影响碾压效果.通过对碾压过程的仿真分析,确定了碾压轮结构参数与宽展及碾压力的关系.利用仿真试验的结果数据,通过学习和训练,建立了碾压机构的RBF神经网络模型,基于该模型获取了10000组试验数据.在大数据的基础上,以碾压力小、宽展量大为优化目标,完成了碾压轮结构参数优化.基于优化结果设计了碾压机构,并对碾压效果和碾压后的焊接效果进行了验证.
Other AbstractRolling technology was an effective way to solve the gap problem sofunequa-thickness blanks tailored laser welding ,the rolling wheel was the core of the rolling mechanisms, and the structural parameters directly affected the rolling effectiveness, Through the simulation analyses of the rolling processes, the relationship among the rolling wheel parameters and the width spreads, the rolling forces was determined, Based on the experimental data of the simulation experiments, the RBF neural network model of the rolling mechanisms were established by learning and training. Based on the model, 10000 experimental data were obtained, On the basis of these large data, the structure parameters of the rollers were optimized with smaller rolling forces and wider width spreads, Based on the optimization results, the rolling mechanism was designed, and the welding effectiveness and the welding effectiveness after rolling were verified.
