Abstract本发明涉及空间桁架和航天载荷结构,具体地说是一种用于太空作业的空间桁架和航天载荷结构。包括箱体结构和空间桁架,所述空间桁架的一端与箱体结构的底部固定连接,另一端与工装连接,所述箱体结构的外壁上设有约束阻尼层。所述空间桁架包括长管组件、短管及连接方块,多组长管组件通过连接方块连接,形成多节的方形或三角形框架,相邻两个连接方块通过与长管组件垂直的短管连接。本发明具有优良的减振性能,可以通过改变粘弹性阻尼层的厚度、材料、敷加位置和敷加面积来达到最佳的减振效果,箱体结构内装有精密的光电学仪器,供宇航员进行太空作业。
Other AbstractThe structure has a space truss whose end is connected with a bottom part of a box structure (1). Another end of the space truss is connected with a fixture (9). A restraint damping layer (8) is formed on an outer wall of the box structure. The space truss is provided with a leader tube component (2), a short pipe (3) and a connection block (4). The leader tube component is connected to a triangular frame through the connection block. The connection block is connected to the short tube through the leader tube component. The leader tube component is provided with a connection pipe.
