Other AbstractThe device has a first hinge bracket (4) hinged with a sampling cylinder (10). A front end of a fixing clamp (8) is connected with a second hinge bracket (20). A connecting rod (6) is connected to a rocker (7) that is connected to the fixing clamp. The sampling cylinder is formed with a groove that is internally provided with a piston disk. A mounting flange (5) is equipped with a driving electromagnet (19) and the piston disk. An outer side of a piston rod is provided with a driven magnet (3). The driving electromagnet is connected to the driven magnet in an opposite manner. The piston disk is fixedly located at a locking mechanism.
