Abstract本发明涉及金属剪切生产技术领域,具体地说是一种基于双臂机器人的自动剪板机系统,包括双臂机器人、剪板机、料台和机器人转动定位机构,其中双臂机器人、料台和机器人转动定位机构均设置于剪板机的板材输入侧,且料台分设于所述双臂机器人两侧,所述双臂机器人两侧机械臂自由端均设有端拾器,且所述双臂机器人通过所述机器人转动定位机构驱动旋转定位,在所述剪板机上设有板材定位装置。本发明能够实现剪板机全自动上下料且保证连续剪切作业,并可实现多种工作模式,大大提高了生产效率。
Other AbstractThe automatic shearing machine system has a dual-arm robot (1), a material table (2) and a robot rotation positioning mechanism (6), which are arranged on the plate input side of a shearing machine (10). The material table is arranged on two sides of the two-arm robot. The free ends of robot arms are provided with an end picker (4) on two sides of the dual-arm robot. The dual-arm robot drives the rotational positioning by the robot rotation positioning mechanism. A sheet positioning device (3) is provided on the shearing machine.
