Abstract本发明涉及一种基于等离子体位置信息的LIBS光谱稳定方法,具体步骤为:1)获得不同样品位置下的LIBS光谱信号和对应的等离子体图像信号;2)从等离子体图像信息中提取等离子体位置信息;3)通过拟合方法建立LIBS光谱谱段区域和值与对应等离子体位置的关系函数;通过拟合方法建立LIBS光谱特定谱线强度与对应等离子体位置的关系函数;4)使用3)中得到的关系函数建立综合的校正函数;5)使用校正函数对位置未知的LIBS光谱进行校正。以本方法进行校正后的特征谱线,具有更高的稳定性,为定量(定性)分析提供更可靠的谱线信息。
Other AbstractThe method involves obtaining sample under different heights of a LIBS spectrum signal corresponding to a plasma image. Each pixel point value of a light emitting area is determined in a plasma picture. Function relationship between plasma location information and a spectrum section is established at LIBS spectrum acquisition range. A correction function of plasma location information is performed to obtain the LIBS spectrum signal. Application of the correction function is determined to establish sample height unknown LIBS spectrum.
