Abstract本文以湖南中车时代电气股份有限公司设备智能监控与辅助报工系统项目为依托,运用工业通讯网络技术、自动化技术,完成对新能源客车生产线设备信息的采集与监控。本文需要介绍的内容包含下述的四个方面:(1)首先介绍了新能源客车制造业的发展情况以及工业监控系统的状态,使用支持向量机的方法对电泳过程产品质量的预测,对本文的研究背景与需要完成的工作任务做了介绍。(2)对本课题的所依托的项目进行简单介绍,并依据项目对车间设备数据采集的需求,依据总体方案的设计原则做出总体方案的设计,主要是针对生产车间控制器的不同的接口联网的问题进行探讨,根据设备所使用控制器接口的不同对车间设备的互联互通做出了详细的介绍,同时对系统的软件部分也给出了相应的设计思路。(3)针对传统制造业的质量检测的手段非常落后,费力费时而且存在的误差并且过程产品的质量对最终产品质量的预测有着重要的关系,本文使用机器学习方法中的支持向量机的分类算法,对产品质量进行分类。对于支持向量机的参数设定,本文使用改进的模拟退火算法对参数进行寻优。通过对比准确率、模型的运行的时间以及迭代的次数,通过实验的验证,在使用参数寻优的支持向量机,分类的准确率有所提高,通过对模拟退火算法做出相应的改进,并将其应用到支持向量机参数寻优,将得到的参数应用支持向量机模型,所得到的模型更优。(4)根据数据采集与监控系统的总体设计,对上位机监控系统进行实现,包括对用户的登录、主界面以及二三级界面的设计显示、所有设备的运行状态的以及重要变量的监控界面。利用组态王的网络通信功能对组态王工程进行Web发布,方便远程的用户对生产车间设备的监控。
Other AbstractBased on the development equipment intelligent monitoring and auxiliary reporting system project of Hunan Zhongche Times Electric Co., Ltd., this paper uses industrial communication network technology and automation technology to complete the collection and monitoring of equipment information of new energy bus production line. The content that this article needs to introduce includes the following four aspects: (1) Firstly, the development of the new energy bus manufacturing industry and the state of the industrial monitoring system are introduced. The support vector machine method is used to predict the product quality of the electrophoresis process. This paper introduces the research background of this paper and the tasks that need to be completed. (2) Briefly introduce the project supported by this topic, and according to the needs of the project, the needs of the data collection of the workshop equipment, according to the design principle of the overall scheme, the overall scheme design is made, mainly for the different interfaces of the production workshop controller. The problem is discussed. According to the different controller interfaces used by the equipment, the interconnection and intercommunication of the workshop equipment is introduced in detail, and the corresponding design ideas are also given to the software part of the system. (3) The methods of quality inspection for traditional manufacturing are very backward, laborious and time-consuming, and the errors are relatively large, and the quality of process products has an important relationship with the prediction of final product quality. This paper uses the classification algorithm of support vector machine in machine learning method. , classify product quality. In this paper, the improved simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the support vector machine. By comparing the accuracy rate, the running time of the model and the number of iterations, through the experimental verification, the accuracy of the classification is improved in the support vector machine using parameter optimization, and the improved simulated annealing algorithm is used to support the vector machine. The parameters are optimized, and the obtained model is better. (4)According to the overall design of the data acquisition and monitoring system, the upper computer monitoring system is implemented, including the user login, the main interface and the design display of the second and third level interfaces, the running status of all the devices, and the monitoring interface of important variables. The configuration king network project is used for Web publishing by using Kingview's network communication function, which is convenient for remote users to monitor the production workshop equipment.
