Abstract本发明涉及基于语义模型的相机与机器人控制系统及其自动适配方法,分别在相机控制器、机器人控制器中建立语义化模型服务端模块、语义化模型客户端模块,通过语义化模型服务端模块的语义建模、以及与语义化模型客户端模块的解析,实现工业相机与机器人控制系统的自动适配。本发明可以在相机功能升级改变情况下,不需要机器人控制停止工作,重新对控制器编程修改相机的功能和命令,增加了机器人系统工作的灵活性、节约了工作时间,即插即用。
Other AbstractThe method involves establishing a semantic model service module according to camera parameters and camera control command. A writing address space forming process is performed by using a sub-element. The semantic model client module is accessed to a camera controller for obtaining a XML file. A camera parameters and camera control command analyzing process is performed for sending semantic command is sent to the camera controller. Semantic command is obtained by the semantic model service module. A robot work controlling process is performed based on feedback information.
