Abstract

近年来,增减材复合制造技术成为智能制造的主要方法之一,它依靠增材制造实现材料层积成形,利用减材技术提高表面质量、改善应力状态,兼顾了增材制造的快速成型及减材制造的高精度。本文首先阐述了增材制造技术概况及增减材复合制造技术的概况,然后就国内外有关增减材设备的研究及增减材过程中有关材料表面残余应力和粗糙度的研究进行说明,最后,对增减材复合制造技术面临的主要问题、未来发展趋势进行总结及展望。

Other Abstract

In recent years, additive/subtractive hybrid manufacturing (A/SHM) has become one of the main methods of intelligent manufacturing. It relies on additive manufacturing to realize material layer forming, using material reduction technology to improve surface quality and improve stress state. This technology takes into account the high precision of rapid prototyping and reduces material manufacturing for additive manufacturing. This paper first expounds the general situation of additive manufacturing technology and the overview of A/SHM. Then, the research on the surface residual stress and roughness of the materials in the process of A/SHM at home and abroad will be explained. Then the paper explains the research on the A/SHM of the equipment at home and abroad and the research on the surface quality of A/SHM. Finally, this paper summarizes and forecasts the main problems and future development trends of the A/SHM.
