Other Abstract

Non-contact in-line measurements and mathematical modeling were carried out for the large transparency with complex surface, which was suitable for the aeronautical transparencies with low toughness and scratch resistance. Based upon the numerical control machine, the paper uses the spectral confocal displacement sensor and data acquisition card to record the position coordinates of the workpiece surface and the machine axes during the running process, and vector sums the two sets of data collected, and through the corresponding development. The software realizes the non-contact measurement of transparent parts and reconstruction of mathematical models. The acquisition of surface point cloud, data processing and reconstruction of surface model were completed by experiments, and the feasibility of the method was verified.
