Other Abstract

A temperature measurement and control system was proposed with digital thermometer DS18B20and AT89C51as hardware and LabVIEW as software designing platform. Communication between AT89C51and LabVIEW was completed by serial port. This system can acquire real-time signal of temperature, process, display, storage and control temperature. This system can give an alarm when temperature exceed the limit. In this paper, the interface of the temperature detection system around the electric kettle is tested, and the temperature reaches 47.5℃ and 65.3℃ respectively. The experimental results indicate the system can reflects the temperature and its variation rate in greenhouses and workshop, which has high reliability and quality.
