AbstractDielectric microsphere-based super-resolution imaging technique, in which the transferring of the near-field evanescent wave plays a significant role, has been extensively studied in the past decade. More recently, dielectric nanoparticles with high refractive index show great potential in modulating the near-field electromagnetic field. Here we proposed a direct transfer printing method to fabricate arrays of novel dielectric superlens that are assembled from high-refractive-indexed dielectric nanoparticles. Morphology characterizations demonstrated the spherical curvature and surface smoothness of the fabricated nano-assembled superlens. The super-resolution resolving ability of the nano-assembled superlens has been demonstrated by imaging of sub-diffraction stripe patterns.
