Abstract本发明涉及检测机械臂,特别涉及一种桥梁主梁表面检测长臂机器人。包括移动平台、机器人基座、伸缩臂组件、视觉检测云台及视觉传感器,其中机器人基座设置于移动平台上,伸缩臂组件的一端通过转向关节与机器人基座连接,另一端设有视觉检测云台,视觉传感器设置于视觉检测云台上。本发明能够解决高墩、高厚度主梁表面的检测,并且机器人轻型化能够在有限作业空间快速展开作业,减少占地面积,提高检测作业效率。
