Abstract在PCR仪中,基因芯片的制作过程对温度控制有着很高的要求,要求升降温速度快,稳态精度高,并且具有良好的温度跟踪性能,普通温控方案和算法难以实现。在详细分析系统结构和特性的基础上,将常规PID控制与风门开关控制方式相结合,提出一种基于PID和风门开关控制的温控算法,解决了温度快速跟踪问题。实际控制结果为最大超调量为3℃,稳态精度为±0.5℃,升温速度可达3℃/s,降温速度可达4℃/s.
Other AbstractIn PCR instrument,temperature in the process of gene-chip preparation must be very strictly controlled.The heating and cooling speed are ten times quicker and the stable accuracy is much higher than that of typical temperature control systems.After analyzing the performance of the heating,the control algorithm based on regular PID and ventilator door on-off control was completed.In the final system,the max adjusting temperature is 3 ℃,the stable accuracy of temperature is ±0.5 ℃,the heating speed is 3 ℃/s,and the cooling speed is 4 ℃/s.
