Abstract利用UG生成的加工路径上的一系列刀位点,计算两相邻刀位点的中点与曲面之间的距离,根据加工精度的要求,对曲面加工进行干涉检测。这不但满足了加工精度的需要,而且使得干涉检测方法更加简单,有效。最后利用VC++和OpenGL对提出的干涉检测方法编程实现,进行了仿真实验,证实了干涉检测方法的合理性和可行性。
Other AbstractThe point making use of a series of cutter location on the machining path that UG generates,calculates the two adjacent cutter location distance between the midpoint and the curved surface,according to machining accuracy request,processing the interference detecting in the curved surface.Not only this have satisfied machining accuracy need,but also being able to be used intervening detecting method is simpler,effective.The programming making use of VC++and OpenGL to check the interference suggesting that method finally has realized,carried out the simulated experiment,have confirmed rationality and feasibility intervening detecting method.
