Other AbstractThe laser engineered net shaping (LENS) is a new kind of rapid prototyping technology developed in recent years. It combines selective laser sintering with laser cladding and can rapidly form the metal parts which density and intensity are higher without the complicated aftertreatment processes such as saturation or heat constant static pressure and so on. The composition of LENS system is introduced and some problems in the LENS system are analyzed and resolved.
