Abstract设计并实现了一种支持企业经营过程重组 ( BPR)的工作流管理系统 ,给出了系统的结构和工作流模型的动态实现技术。文中通过对工作流实例的结构进行动态改变 ,实现了动态的工作流模型 ,从而在工作流管理系统中提供了对企业经营过程重组的支持 ,为 BPR的实际应用提供了支撑环境 ,进而推动了 BPR理论在企业中的应用
Other AbstractThis paper designs and develops an integrated workflow manage system (Inworks) supporting business process reengineering. The structure and the key technology of Inworks are given. Recently, BPR have gained great focus in the area of industry and academia of management. It is a key factor to implement BPR in an enterprise that a technological supporting environment is given. Inworks supports the implementation of BPR through dynamic structural changes of workflows. Thus provides a supporting environment for the application of BPR in enterprises and to speed up BPR development.
