Abstract介绍了激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)的工作原理,综述了LIBS定量分析物质成分的方法及多种实验参数对LIBS分析性能的影响。将LIBS的定量分析方法分成两类:基于定标曲线的定标方法和不基于定标曲线的自由定标方法,介绍了两种方法各自的原理和持点。在实验参数方面,主要考察了激光器参数、观测时间、环境气体种类和压力、光谱检测设备等实验参数对LIBS分析性能的影响。
Other AbstractThe fundamental,primary methods for quantitative analysis and influence of experimental parameters on analytic performance of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) are reviewed.The primary quantitative a- nalysis methods of LIBS are classified into two types,one is the calibration method based on calibration curves and the other is the calibration-free method without using calibration curves.The principles and characteristics of the two methods are described.In addition,the influence of experimental parameters on analytic performance,such as la- sers,intervals of observation,types and pressures of ambient gases,and spectral detectors,are investigated respec- tively.
