Abstract分析了信息技术的发展趋势和生产管理技术的现状 ,描述了新一代工厂自动化信息系统的技术特征。进而提出了基于组件技术的新一代工厂自动化信息管理技术的实施框架 ,并详细介绍了从生产准备、生产运行、过程控制与管理、性能分析和工厂之间及工厂与供应链的协作等方面组成的REPAC模型和系统的实施方法 ,为工厂实施先进的生产管理技术提供理论指导
Other AbstractThe paper analyses the state of art in production management and the trend of information technology. Some features of next generation plant system are described. The infrastructure of PS based on component is proposed and the model of REPAC(Ready,Execution,Process,Analyzing and Coordinating) is illustrated. Further more, the strategies of implementing PS are discussed in detail.
