Abstract在间歇反应过程中 ,由于各批次多元轨迹时间长度不同 ,无法使用固定多方向主元分析(MPCA)模型对过程中新批次数据进行故障诊断 ;因此 ,提出了用递推式动态时间错位 (DTW )算法 ,对每一个新批次的情况自适应地确定该批次的MPCA模型 ,仿真结果证明该方法有效。
Other AbstractDue to the difference in time lengths of multivariate trajectories in the batch process, it is difficult to diagnose the fault of the new batch based on the fixed MPCA model. The approach of adaptive MPCA to the new batch with the recursive Dynamic Time Warping algorithm is presented, and the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the approach.
