Abstract介绍一种将来自传感器模拟信号转换为12位数字量的数据采集模板。实验结果证明:该模板的精度和增益误差分别达到0.03%和0.02%,并且,可通过跳线任意选择电压或电流档,又可通过跳线选择增益,大大提高了其使用范围。工作温度为-40~85℃,该模板可广泛应用于诸多恶劣环境下的数据采集系统。
Other AbstractA data acquisition board is introduced in which analog signals from sensor is converted to 12-bit digital signals via.It is proved that the accuracy and gain error of the board respectively attain to 0.03 % and(0.02 %) via the result of experimentation.Output current range and output voltage range can be selected by jumpers,besides the gain constant is adjusted by jumpers,therefore the wide adaptative area is improved.The board's operating temprature range is-40~85 ℃.It can be used widely in data acquisition system in various worse environments.
