Abstract通过对一种有较好相关置信度函数的区域相关算法 (RTC)的讨论和研究 ,分析了算法中影响目标跟踪效果与成败的 2个关键环节—图像增强、图像分割 ,在原来算法的基础上给出有效的改进措施和相应的实验结果
Other AbstractIn engineering applications, there are few real  time correlation algorithms. Multiple point correlation (MPC) is a commonly used algorithm, but there is not a proper credibility function of MPC algorithm so that the application of MPC is restricted in some fields. This paper introduces another real  time algorithm  region template correlation(RTC) method which has proper credibility function of correlation, and analyzes two improtant steps of RTC-image enhancement and image segmentation, which are concerned with the performance of algorithm. Finally, two improved measures are given and a few results are demonstrated to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
