Abstract为了进一步弄清球磨机粉磨过程的工艺特性,为过程参数设计、控制和优化工作提供依据,降低控制和优化系统实施的风险,节约设计、开发和调试的成本,根据群体平衡模型和特劳姆曲线建立了球磨机粉磨过程和空气选粉过程的数学模型,对球磨机内部的料流以及物料粒度分布情况进行模拟。基于M atlab/S imu link仿真平台进行二次开发,采用S-Func-tion形式对过程中的设备模型进行了封装,建立了球磨机粉磨过程的设备模型库,进而通过面向对象方法建立了球磨机粉磨过程动态仿真环境。给出的仿真实例说明了料流和粒度以及选粉机转速等工艺参数对粉磨过程生产的影响,论文对于水泥企业粉磨生产过程的控制、优化分析与设计是有意义的。
Other AbstractModels of ball mill grinding process and air separator is proposed based on population balance model and tromp curve.Simulation of flow rate and particle size distribution of materials inside ball mill is made in order to acquire further understanding of technological characteristics of ball mill grinding process,save the design and development cost and provide evidence for control and optimization scheme.Simulation environment of ball mill grinding process is established through redevelopment upon the Matl...
