Abstract为了满足爆炸性气体环境电气设备国家标准(GB3836),煤矿救援机器人在满足隔爆标准的基础上,还采用了正压型电气设备标准,为机器人提供双重安全保障; 以AVR单片机作为控制器核心,设计出一套压力控制系统; 采用压力传感器、压差传感器、温度传感器作为传感元件,电磁阀为执行元件,通过压力测试实验,绘制出系统压力变化曲线,证明该系统能始终保持车体压差在允许范围,通过滤波,系统抗干扰能力强,无误动作; 该控制系统可自动/手动控制模式切换,可靠性高,完全能够满足国家标准防爆要求。
