Abstract为搭建7000米微型ROV耐压控制系统,本文设计了一套从元件、模块到系统循序渐进的压力试验方案,其可行性在实践中得到了验证。随后的压力试验证明:大多数现有的电子元件在7000米深海压力下工作正常,只有少数薄壁空腔结构的元件不能承压,需要经过特殊处理才能使用。对于这样的元件,采取相应的保护措施,排除了若干技术障碍,有效解决了微型ROV电子设备的耐压问题,为耐压控制系统的设计和实现奠定了基础。
Other AbstractTo fulfill the requirements of building a pressure tolerant control system for the 7000-meter-micro-ROV,a step-by-step experimental program of components,modules and systems is developed in this paper,and its validity is confirmed in practice.Results of the following experiments demonstrate that most common-used electronic components function well under 7000-meter-depthpressure,while only a few ones with thin walls and voids in them cannot survive.For those components,effective measures are taken,some techn...
