Abstract | 为提高芯片图像扫描采集效率,研制了一种基因芯片荧光靶点阵列图像CCD扫描采集系统,通过将落射式荧光显微镜、紫外荧光激发光源、精密电控平移台和半导体制冷CCD相机等仪器进行有效集成构建成像扫描机构,以工业控制计算机(IPC)为测控核心,实现了显微镜自动调焦控制、荧光靶点图像自动扫描和采集、靶点阵列图像拼接等功能,提高了核酸扩增杂交反应基因芯片试验效率。 |
