Abstract现场总线是一种低成本自动化系统,它在工业自动化中的作用与日俱增。本文主要分析产品的异构集成与互操作问题。通过分析影响异构产品互操作的原因,本文给出了现场总线异构产品集成与互操作问题解决方案。进一步指出利用功能块、对象字典和设备描述技术可以较好地实现低成本自动化系统中,底层设备之间的互操作;利用OPC 技术可以较好地实现,底层控制与上层管理之间的信息集成问题。
Other AbstractFieldbuses are playing a more and more important role in industrial automation. This paper mainly discuss the interoperability and integration of hetero-fieldbus devices through the detail analysis of fieldbus devices. Finally, the method of building and implementation of interoperability and integration of hetero-fieldbus is given by means of function block, object directory, device description and OPC.
