摘要: | This paper presents a component-based reconfigurable manufacturing execution system (RMES). It consists of RMES architecture (a web-based Windows DNA architecture); Hierarchical modules of RMES components; Function introduction of sub-systems which are system management, organization and human resources management, process planning and management, production planning and scheduling, manufacturing resources management, process monitor and quality management, Integrated statistics and query. The key technologies used in RMES are also introduced. The application sub-systems can be executed in a separated or an integrated way. Because of reusability, reconfiguration and extensibility of RMES, the RMES we developed meets the requirements of enterprise production. |
