中文摘要: 供应链管理是目前学术界和企业界研究的热点问题之一.该文首先从六个方面综述了供应链管理、研究与开发的最新进展,然后在建立的供应链系统集成模型的基础上分别对供应链构建、供应链系统多级生产计划、供应链系统性能监控方法以及供应链系统性能评价方法等问题进行了深入的研究. 该文的主要工作是围绕国家自然科学基金重大课题和863/CIMS课题来进行的.同时,结合汽车行业中一个具体企业所实施的物流规划项目(包括生产物流和销售物流),将有关供应链系统运作管理理论研究的成果直接应用到供应链管理的实践中,发挥先进理论指导实践从而产生巨大生产力的优势.
英文摘要: Supply chain management has becoming a research hotspot for not only academe but also industry. As we move towards an increasingly global market economy, especially because of the limited or unbalanced resources they possessed, companies are forced to align a supply chain. There are many differences between a supply chain system and an enterprise, such that a supply chain system seeks the global optimal performances while an autonomous enterprise searches for itself optimal performances. The recent achievements have been surveyed from six aspects about supply chain management, research and development. This thesis is concerned with many aspects of supply chain management in the view of the whole life time and, in particular, lucubrates and explores lateral interaction across the supply chain, including supply chain constructing, multi-echelon production planning about a supply chain system, monitoring and controlling methods for supply chain performances and evaluation architecture. Its main contributions are summarized as the follows: 1. To develop an integrated model for a supply chain system. It is made up of process model, performance model and process control model. The process model is used to describe a supply chain system. The process control model is used to plan and manage the route of a supply chain system to run smoothly as the anticipative goal. 2. To provide a two-stage method with feedback to build a supply chain based on the suppliers’ evaluation and selection. At the static stage, a mathematical model for supply chain design is established first to solve the quantitative evaluation elements. And as a supplement, a mathematical model based on group decision-making process is then constructed to solve the qualitative elements with a quantitative method. So some quasi suppliers are obtained. At the running process of the supply chain, a dynamic evaluating and selecting method is put forward according to each autonomous enterprise quality and the systematic demands. The experiments from the case study prove the method effective. The method may also be used for suppliers to evaluate and select their customers. 3. To illustrate multi-echelon production planning for supply chain system. As an important means to regulate supply chain operation, production plan plays a basic role. Because not only the parameters of supply chain processes possess selectivity but also they themselves do. The supply chain system can run in an optimal mode. Supply chain production planning acts on respective plan of all autonomous enterprises. Based on a mathematic model of supply chain production planning, the process of making a plan is described. Furthermore, a production planning based on business process reengineering is discussed. The whole plan has two level: 1) the global level, which is responsible for the general production plan for every partners per layer. 2) the local level, which is responsible for coordinating autonomous company’s plan and supply chain plan and executing the supply chain plan in each autonomous plant. It has two layers, including coordination layer and scheduling layer. 4. To propose a few methods for monitoring and controlling the operation of supply chain system. It is mainly to solve the problems of the impact produced by any disharmonious elements, the unification of chaos and cosmos, the unification of coordination and autonomy, and the unification of decentralization and centralization. In this paper, in order to make up for the shortage of traditional inventory control, an idea for inventory control based on modifying supply chain system performance is proposed. Traditional inventory control is driven by market forecast, while the proposed idea is driven by market forecast and order. And a statistical process control method is provided which can effectively enhance the performances of the whole supply chain while it does not require a strict mathematical model. Furthermore, considered the problem of computing quanta, monitoring and controlling method based on finite state machine is established in detail. 5. To construct performance evaluation framework, and to state quantitative evaluating methods. They are surrounded with effectiveness and efficiency. Strategic competitive satisfaction measurement, which comes from customer’s satisfaction measurement, is put forward. Its evaluating method and integrated evaluating methods are established under the probability meaning in the view of product life circle, lead time, the percentage of eligible product, the price and eligible batch. Finally, a simple method for evaluating supply chain agility is carried out successfully from five aspects. 6. To combine theory with practice as an organic whole. It comes true to apply the parts of the theoretical results to the analytical process about the supply chain practice. And distinct outcomes are achieved. In conclusion, these results have important theoretical significance and practical application merit.
