中文摘要: 从信息产业到能源交通,从太空到水下,锂电池正在进入人类社会的各个领域,锂电池的应用范围正在不断拓宽。化成是锂电池生产中的重要一环,由于锂电池本身的特点,对化成设备提出了特殊的要求:即不但要满足控制精度,还要能够实现多种化成测控方式。因此锂电池化成测试时应采用专用充放电设备。  本论文对锂电池化成测控系统进行了较为深入的研究,在此基础上设计并实现了基于CAN总线的锂电池智能化成测控系统,以该系统为平台,研究了化成系统中的难点和热点问题,并提出了一些实现测控系统中这些关键技术的新方法。  通过对分布式测控系统结构的研究,本文提出了锂电池化成测控系统的总体设计方案;对现场控制站的硬件系统进行了设计、焊接、组装和调试;设计、编写了现场控制站中的软件系统;提出了上位机监控系统设计的一种合理且易于实施的低成本方案;采用人性化的人机界面设计,编写了功能比较完备的上位机监控系统软件;将现场总线 CAN应用到了该分布式测控系统中,保证了通信功能的可靠性。  本文在系统的研究开发过程中,对其中的关键技术运用了一些有一定创新性的设计和实现方法:  1. 在现场控制站的硬件设计中,采用DSP和MAX5307组成了多回路测控系统,降低了下位机的成本和体积;  2. 针对化成工艺中复杂的步序规划,提出了动态规则的设定和检验方法,这一方法可成功地实现化成制度中动态规则的设定和检验;  3. 提出了应用在本系统中的一套完善的数据压缩存储方法,该方法可在不影响检索速度的前提下实现高比率的压缩;  4. 提出了一种实用的在线自适应模糊控制方法,该方法快速、简单且易于实现。  实验表明,本论文所设计和实现的系统组网能力强、结构合理、具有较好的数据管理功能、界面友好、控制精度高、响应速度快,可满足锂电池化成的需求。
英文摘要: Lithium batteries are being introduced into every field in our human society, from IT Industry to Energy and Transportation, from Outer Space to Underwater, their application range is continually expanding. Moreover, formation is of great importance in the production of lithium batteries. As for them, formation devices are required to provide some special functions: to attain high control accuracy and carry out various formation measurement and control work-mode. So, a special device is needed in the formation and test of lithium batteries.   This paper designed and implemented the measurement and control system for lithium batteries formation with CAN-bus based on the in-depth research on such systems. With this system as a platform, studied on the hot points and difficulties in such measurement and control systems, and then, proposed some methods for resolving these key problems.   This paper then proposed the overall scheme of the lithium batteries formation system after studying on the configuration of distributed measurement and control systems; Designed, soldered, assembled and debugged the hardware system of the Local Control Unit (LCU); Designed and programmed the software system of the LCU; Proposed a rational, low-cost configuration of the software monitor on the upper computer; By a design of the man-machine interface with human factors, programmed and implemented a multifunctional monitor system on the upper computer; Introduced CAN-bus into this system for guaranteeing the reliability of communications.   During the research and development of the system, this paper proposed some innovative methods to solve the key difficulties in the system as follows:   1. A chip MAX5307 and a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) are adopted to construct the multi-loop measurement and control system—the LCU, which cost and volume are therefore observably reduced;   2. Aiming at the programming of the complex steps sequence, proposed a method for setting and checking those dynamic rules. With this method, these rules can easily be set and checked;   3. Proposed a data compression storage method applied in our system. It can obtain high compression ratio with more effective data retrieval;   4. Proposed a kind of online self-adapted fuzzy control methods that works rapidly and is easy to be implemented.   It is proved by experiment that the system designed and implemented in this paper is provided with an strong ability of constructing net, a rational configuration, a better data management, a friendly man-machine interface, a high-accuracy control performance and a rapid response. This system is able to meet the requirement of lithium batteries formation.
