中文摘要: 网络化控制系统是计算机、通信和控制技术共同发展的产物,已经广泛应用于工业过程控制。由于控制系统技术的高速发展,使得相关理论的研究严重滞后于实际应用,给控制系统研究提出了新的课题和挑战。网络化控制系统研究不仅要从网络的角度和控制的角度出发,克服控制网络对于控制系统性能的不利影响,还应从系统的角度,研究如何充分利用网络化结构和分布式智能带来的好处,从而设计和实现更好的网络化控制系统。本文主要在网络化控制系统体系结构、分布式控制应用行为建模、网络诱导延迟对于控制性能的影响以及网络化控制系统中控制算法的并行实现进行了研究,得出了一些有益的结果。本论文主要工作和贡献包括以下几点: 1. 从分布式系统发展和控制应用需求的角度,给出基于两级网络结构的控制系统体系结构;探讨了利用网关技术、OPC技术实现网络化控制系统中多总线集成的技术途径;研究了在网络化控制系统中实现先进控制的技术方法。 2. 建立了基金会现场总线用户层模块——功能块的时间自动机模型,以及由多个功能块构成的功能块应用的时间自动机模型,得到分布式控制应用行为模型。该模型能够模拟分布式控制应用的运行模态转换等动态行为。 3. 系统分析了网络化控制系统中网络特性对于控制系统性能的影响;并针对不同延迟类型,给出了相应的控制器设计策略;提出以数据通信频率来评价控制网络的数据服务能力,比较了几种典型控制网络的数据通信频率。论证了网络化控制系统中实施并行控制的必要性和可行性,并具体设计了一种流水线型并行控制器。通过仿真研究和理论分析,证明在网络化控制系统中,以并行方式实现控制器,有助于控制器性能和稳定性的提高。给出了流水线型并行控制器稳定性的充分必要判定条件;设计了补偿流水线延迟的多步预测观测器,进一步改善了流水线型并行控制器的性能。
英文摘要: The Networked Control System (NCS), evolved from the individual development and reciprocal reinforcement of computer, telecommunication and control technologies, has been widely applied in process control. However, compared to the speedy advancement of these technologies, theoretic study on NCS lagged behind its application, which brings forward challenges to research on control system. This study should be two-fold, through network and control approaches to suppress network-induced delay, and through a systematic approach to make the most from the introduction of networking structure and distributed intelligence, for the design and implementation of NCS with better performance. This dissertation presents the study on NCS architecture, behavioral modeling of distributed control application, impact of network-induced delay to control performance, and parallel implementation of control algorithms. Some useful results are obtained. Major contributions of the research work are as follows: 1. A two-level NCS architecture is put forward based on the basic principles of distributed systems and control application requirements. And technique means of integrating NCS with multi-type field bus by OPC and gateway technology is studied. Also several approaches of implementing advanced control applications in NCS are proposed. 2. Timed Automata models of Function blocks (FBs) and Function block application in Foundation Fieldbus are established. And then, a behavior model of distributed control applications is deduced, with the capability of simulating the dynamic behavior of the distributed control applications, such as the mode shedding. 3. Impacts of the network characteristics of the control system performance are systemically analyzed. Controller design approaches are given to deal with different types of network delays. The notion of data communication frequency is proposed to evaluate capacities of control networks, and then data communication frequencies of several control networks are calculated and compared. 4. Discussions are made on the necessity and feasibility of parallel computation in NCS to curb the time consuming problem related to some advanced control algorithms. A method to make the controller operating in a pipeline fashion is proposed. Analysis and simulation show that this method improves the control performance. Further, a multi-step prediction observer is designed to compensate the effect of pipeline delay.
