Abstract提出激光拼焊焊缝碾压预成形工艺来降低激光拼焊对板材边缘直线度的要求。该工艺是通过碾压轮使板材边缘发生塑性变形填补焊缝间隙。采用有限元方法对碾压过程进行有限元分析,通过数值模拟加部分试验验证的方法来分析碾压轮宽度、直径和碾压深度对碾压效果的影响。焊接结果表明,激光拼焊焊缝碾压预成形技术能有效消除焊前两板间间隙,提高焊接质量。
Other AbstractTo meet the high straightness requirements of the steel sheets welded by laser,roller pre-forming process by plastically deforming was presented.To fill the welding gap,the process is using rolling wheel to make plastic deformation of sheet edge.The roller forming parameters that consist of width,diameter and depth of roller about plastically deforming were analyzed by finite elements experiment.Rolling and welding experiment results show that the roller forming process can effectively reduce the gap between two plates before welding,and welding sheets are of good quality. 更多
